More from Gil…

I founded the Healthy Workstyles Consultancy to offer a bespoke service to small and medium sized organisations to enable them to support employee wellbeing taking a cost effective and sustainable approach through organic change.

My passion for workplace health and wellbeing has evolved over the past decade and has led to the development of innovative work based physical activity and wellbeing interventions, all of which have been evidenced based and evaluated. The importance of working with employers and employees in a partnership basis has been key to the successful integration and sustainability of programmes resulting in an improvement in overall health and wellbeing. I believe that engagement and ownership is vital when developing an employee health and wellbeing programme and internal and external corporate values should be aligned to support this.

I will work with your organisation to meet your unique needs whether that be the development of a corporate health and wellbeing strategy or delivering workshops to your employees.
