The Healthy Workstyles Consultancy was founded in 2016 by Gil Barton as a result of her passion and commitment to empowering individuals and organisations to focus on health and wellbeing. This interest has evolved over the past 15 years whilst working with a range of organisations in the voluntary, private and public sectors recognising the negative impact of stress and lifestyle related diseases on health and wellbeing.
